Kevin climbs the final knife-edge ridge to the summit of Gasherbrum II - the dropoff to either side is easily several thousand feet. A heavily-sponsored, Japanese expedition had fixed line almost the entire way up the mountain (overkill) but fortunately left this last section unfettered. Behind are the Aghil Mountains and the plains of Tibet.
